这个不错

2005年的，但是WIN下也能用呢，不过如果是在PE下用，就得PE要支持16bit
写简单的批处选单还是比较简单的

当然不是我，是老外写的

如果这个有WIN版(32bit)更好，PE下不用16bit DOS组件就也能跑了

目前好像没发现有其他和wbat类似的呢...(可能只是我不知道)
