添加了几个插件!
设置了几个启动参数

--disable-machine-id --cb-compact-ui --disable-background-networking --disable-sync --disable-logging --no-report-upload --no-first-run

在win10和11可能没有这个问题。任何参数都不用，就能带着用户设置走。
