如何用批处理重命名桌面上的文件？

我想给桌面的某个快捷方式文件改名，比如桌面有2345加速浏览器.lnk    ，我想改成“2345浏览器纯净版” ，用批处理怎么改？并且这个批处理不用放到文件目录，直接在任何目录运行这个批处理，都能重命名桌面上的这个文件

你肯定是直接复制粘贴到命令提示符里了吧？这是批处理，CMD里只能有一个%号……
