结论：
驱动安装功能 DPInst 等于 PnPUtil！但是，PnPUtil 是 7 系统自带，而且还有额外功能。所以 PnPUtil 胜出！

额外，笔记本发热量大的原因我也找到了，看下图：

此工具的命令行可能是版本的原因与官方有点变化：

4. pnputil.exe [-f | -i] [ -? | -a | -d | -e ] <INF 名称>
   
5. 示例:
   
6. pnputil.exe -a a:\usbcam\USBCAM.INF      -> 添加 USBCAM.INF 指定的程序包
   
7. pnputil.exe -a c:\drivers\*.inf          -> 添加 c:\drivers\ 中的所有程序包\
   
8. pnputil.exe -i -a a:\usbcam\USBCAM.INF   -> 添加和安装驱动程序包
   
9. pnputil.exe -e                           -> 枚举所有第三方程序包
   
10. pnputil.exe -d oem0.inf                  -> 删除程序包 oem0.inf
    
11. pnputil.exe -f -d oem0.inf               -> 强制删除程序包 oem0.inf
    
12. pnputil.exe -?                           -> 此用法屏幕

pnputil不同系统版本命令参数不尽相同，简单来说，高版本功能更强大，高版本支持 /install - 在任何匹配的设备上安装/更新驱动程序 参数，这个参数支持通配符，7不支持。
