微软最近发布了xp sp3的opk cd，内含最新版的mkimg.cmd，可以用来制作基于xp sp3的winpe。我这里提取了简体中文版与大家分享，mkimg.cmd及相关文件解压后在winpe文件夹中。如果需要其他语言版本，可以从此下载其他语言的xp sp3 opk cd：
