加入Windows 2003 怎么会这样？

本人用Easyboot做了张系统集成光盘，安装系统时会出现下面情况。
但Ultraiso将Windows 2003的原文件(我放在SIMPCHIN\WIN2003\I386下)删除（启动盘组文件保持在原位置disk1\2003\下）这样XP和2000都可以正常安装；反之删除2000和XP的原文件，2003也可以正常安装。

怎么回事？很奇怪。。。急求解决办法。。。

我又试了一下，只要将windows 2003的I386删除。。。。就可以正常安装2000和XP。。。单独将2003的文件作ISO也可以正常安装。。。其他所有文件都不动。启动盘组之类的都不删除。
那位高人给帮忙解决一下呀。。。。
