新版本强大了许多：
有些efi程序原本不能启动的现在能启动了。如：grubfm.efi, minilinux.efi，refind.efi
逻辑分区的wim文件原本不能启动的现在能启动了。

有个小问题：原本菜单文件可以放 \efi\boot\ 跟xorboot.efi 一起的，现在只能放 \efi\xorboot\ 了。

I used a new usb with one fat partition and a new boot menu file, and attempted to boot iso files.
I can't boot a single iso file.
In your tests with the new version, did you try booting any uefi supported iso files?

Of course. Here they are.

The 1st screenshot shows, that an iso files cannot be selected. The only option for selection is xorboot.xor menu.
The previous version did not have that. I am not sure if it is a bug or it is supposed to be like that.

I think you should have edited your xorboot.xor with the old version. Because I did the same thing just now. And result as below:


After that I generated a new xorboot.xor with the new version and covered the old xorboot.xor menu, I suceeded to boot iso files again.

Sorry that I have the same problem as yours now. I tried the new version with a usb disk and suceeded. But when I upgraded my old version in hard disk to the new version, I failed to boot iso files.

Thank God. I thought I was the only one having this problem. I was loosing my mind.
I hope Pauly can fix this.

I have solved my problem. I re-generated a new xorboot.xor with the new version xorbootux64.exe and everything is ok.

Your screenshots show that you edited xorboot.xor with the old version xorbootux64.exe .
"No extra parameters needed." is for system type "ISO File".
"Linux ISO" should have extra params.
The result in your screenshots should be cause by editing xorboot.xor with old version and using it with the new version.

I'm very sorry, in the English UI of the new version, the system types are incorrect. They are only correct in  the "Chinese Simplified" language UI, I'll correct it on this weekend. You have to modify you menu file in the "Chinese Simplified" UI temporarily.

I just switched to "Chinese Simplified" UI and although I don't understand anything , I can see that the layout looks how it should be.
Finally the problem was found.
Can't wait to try the fixed version.

    So,XORBOOT Uefi 2019-03-31 v0.25 version,played jokes on all foreign friends.April Fools' Day is a Foreign festival,Chinese don't  celebrate the   Festival!^_^
    By the way,looking forward XORBOOTUEFI support command line in the future.

Wow. That was quick. Thank you so much for that.
Tested today. Was able to boot parted magic with no problems. All menus seem to work fine.
For system type - > Linux ISO, parted magic initrd, kernel and cmd fields were automatically populated with the correct values.
When I tried Tails and other few linux isos, those fields I mentioned, did not get populated automatically. The fields still were referring to Casper. I am not sure why it worked for parted magic but not for other linux iso files.

I am not sure if it is a bug, or something on my end. But on one of my computers, I could not get xorbootu to load with multi partitioned usb (NTFS+FAT16). All I got, was a black screen with a blinking cursor. On a newer laptop, the same multi partitioned usb with xorbootu loaded fine.
What's weird, is that when I tired a single fat32 partitioned usb with the same xorbootu on the same computer, it loaded fine.
Maybe you can suggest something. Maybe newer xorbootu doesn't support older uefi firmware.
Once again, thank you so much for the update. I love your bootloader.

vmware 10.0.4 build-2249910中不正常，QEMU 中显示正常

The parameters, such as initrd and command lines, are polated automatically from the ISO file name, not the contents of ISO file. So, some parameters maybe wrong, you should correct or confirm them yourself.

Supporting multi partitions on USB or not is up to the firmware, not XORBOOT. So, on some computers, it boots well, on some computer, xorboot could not be loaded.

I re-partitioned my usb again with ntfs and fat32 partitions and now xorbootu loads fine on the mentioned computer. Thank you very much for the update and your hard work.
