yes, you are right, if use --mem, win system will find the iso file in the memory, installation can be continued.
but if not, win system will try to find the iso file on all storage devices, unfortunately, if the usb storage devices are all not ready to use at this time, win system cannot find the iso file, so the fail message will be showed to you.

S大，自动菜单方式对文件夹里的文件数量和大小有限制吗？今天测试--automenu-all参数进不了硬盘上的一个目录。在win下看了该文件夹包含3942个文件，523个文件夹，18G大小。错误信息error 27:unrecognized command...
用Z大的0531版run自动菜单方式能进到这个文件夹里去。

这个确实有问题  不过一直没找到原因  那个错误提示是在setlocal执行时出现的  怀疑是循环次数过多  还没找到解决办法

yes, or boot cd directly by using RUN --fira-isonly dpms:/dpms.lzma iso=/winpe.iso

新模板非常好用。打包后放在UD区以iso文件整体启动或者解开启动，都正常。还可以随机更换菜单背景，非常感谢！！！！！！！！

有点疑惑，请教一下S大：我的16G的金士顿u盘，ud方式启动。在大部分电脑都是被识别为HD0的……
试了一下您这个run的  run  --nt 以代替我的主菜单之前的[尝试从本机已有的系统启动]项。
但选择该菜单后，跳出了手动交换磁盘的界面。如果我不交换，它就会从本地引导失败，交换则成功
我就是奇怪：因为您这个本来就是推荐在U盘引导启动事才使用的，这个交换的动作难道也得加了--swap？

I Extracted lzma. and DPMS file is in it. I attached .ISO to DPMS
and I opened DPMS.ISO with UltraISO.

After edit, detach .ISO and packed with 7-zip archieve.
Am I right?

As seperately lzma, For example, intel.lzma. SiliconImage.lzma and etc..
Can I make it Same method?

用--nt参数时  如果u盘被识别为hd设备会自动提示是否交换磁盘  防止打算引导本地系统时错误的从u盘引导

no, just need to download the mass storage driver pack from http://driverpacks.net/driverpacks/latest,
then pack the file DriverPack_....ini and folder D to iso file with UltraISO,
finally use 7-zip to compress the iso file to lzma file.

parameter dpms can only use driver pack download from driverpacks.net, you can try to use parameter srs.

Is it possible that with RUN, I want to boot VHD (win7.vhd or xp.vhd , and vhd's child.)

Chenall's ntboot is possible , but have to load NTBOOT.ISO or command "NTBOOT nt6=/win7.vhd".

You said to do pack dpms.iso with 7-zip.
But when I open lzma File, Not dpms.iso , Just dpms .

.ISO , extended name is where?

put D Folder and ini, and save ISO and then Do I detach " .ISO"?
and pack with 7-zip?
am I right?

sorry for the late response, yes, we can only see the dpms file if we open dpms.lzma via 7-zip, that`s true, but it`s normal...
you can try to map this dpms.lzma to 0xff under grub4dos, and then run ls (0xff)/, you will find all files, so do not need to detach the " .ISO".

xp.vhd is 3Gbyte.

To boot VHD,
1st
RUN --fira disk=/xp.vhd
Not mem (loaded to RAM)  and boot to vhd.

2nd
RUN --ramos /xp.vhd
xp.vhd is loaded to RAM (--mem), and it needs much RAM over VHD's size.
but After boot failed with bluescreen and reboot.

So I use 1st parse.

系统会提示你交换磁盘，等你看清楚磁盘大小，确认后按下“S”键才会下一步，自动交换磁盘在多磁盘机器上苦就有得吃了……

这是最原始的方法，任何版本的RUN都适用，除非S大把他改了，不用这句了……

我刚在我的机器上（实机）运行过，还是能用的……

RUN是最新版0620版的……

大哥，多数情况下不是多硬盘，多数情况下需要交换磁盘，既然这样，为什么不可以先自动交换一下磁盘呢？
再说了，自动交换磁盘后，会自动给出当前hdd0和hdd1的信息，如果不是希望的结果，还可以继续交换，多硬盘也能交换出需要的结果。
算上选择镜像，总共才按两次按键，这也是花哨？

不是大哥，是大叔，快6旬的老人蒙你没有意思，从S大开始写RUN，我一直在玩，所有的参数不敢说全用过，也八九不离十了，所以也就相信了越简单，越好。
交换磁盘，自动也好，手动也好，目的是为了不将系统装到不应该装的地方，因为自动交换磁盘没有提示，在多磁盘机器上就会出现无法预见的灾难，资料的丢失，到时间你哭都没地方去哭……

既然彩显部分还是要显示给你看，以便确认盘符，那和不加这些代码，让RUN用默认的提示交换磁盘有什么区别吗？最多就是多按一次“S”健，按二下回车键……
但菜单简单多了，不是吗？最起码 --swap --swap-ext  参数不需要了……
当然，人各有志，没必要非得像我一样，死抱着古老的东东不放……
