如何修改系统安装文件自定义开始菜单的快捷方式

我想自定义开始菜单里的快捷方式，比如开始菜单—>炒股软件—>大智慧.lnk，假设大智慧是位于d盘某文件夹下的绿色免安装版本，怎样操作才可以让安装版系统达到这个目的？

搜了一下，有人说修改SYSSETUP.INF，但是我测试了没用。请问达人该怎么做？
