2003的PE比XP的PE有什么优势么？

请问2003的PE比XP的PE有什么优势么？
另外哪位有可在PE里运行的英文版的Office和IE？

1、03支持服务器维护，XP无法支持<br />
2、03PE支持Vista/WIN7安装，XP的PE无法支持，会报错。
