试了几次，第一次顺利进入了cmd窗口。后面几次，为了图省事，把注册表的几个文件DEFAULT、SYSTEM、SOFTWARE用其它pe的直接替换了结果蓝屏了。看样子以后还得找时间好好折腾一下注册表。
不过总算把大致的制作流程搞清楚了，这还得感谢楼主。

有木有哪位盆友成功了，又尝试了WINRE.WIM的，也可以哟

哈哈！看看我的win8pe的效果图，无法显示桌面图片，无法显示开始菜单，无法显示任务栏中的任务，整个一个三无产品。另外点击计算机图标也是长时间无法进入，网络也无法连接。不过桌面上的程序倒是可以正常使用，设置的抓图工具的热键也可使用，总算不是一无所获。

做的很好呀，SHELL出来，后面就有信心了。 
 
因为WIN8原生的SHELL就是如此，做到PE里没有任务栏。所以，建议使用WIN7的SHELL，坛子里的WIN8PE全部如此。

正如楼主所说，替换了win7的shell，开始菜单和任务栏都显示出来了。多谢楼主！看看效果图：

看看WallpaperHost.exe有没有运行，杀掉这个程序，反映应该就快了。

按照您的方法，杀掉了这个程序，运行程序反映确实快了。多谢！

之前蓝屏的问题怎么解决的，是我说的那种问题吗

先是替换了WinSxS文件夹，依然蓝屏。后发现boot.wim中的驱动文件太少。于是按照其它pe中的文件列表，从install.wim中提取了驱动文件，蓝屏问题解决。
另外根据SP_STAR的提示，在pecmd中添加命令强制杀掉WallpaperHost.exe，可是进桌面后该程序依然在运行中，只能手工杀掉。后干脆删除了该文件，发现桌面壁纸也能正常加上了。上张图看看：

我碰到的问题是主要是注册表难搞，尤其是system，无论怎么修改system，都无法进入桌面。目前只能用现成pe的system。我想可能添加程序包也许可以解决，但我是xp系统，不知怎么才能运行dism。目前只能静候楼主佳音了。

装adk了，xp系统运行不了dism。也试过win8pe和全功能的win7pe，都无法运行dism。全功能的win7pe下能运行dism的部分功能，但无法运行添加程序包功能。

也用替换法替换了system的项，但直到替换了system下的4个主要项才能进桌面，这和用现成的system没什么分别了。

explorer.exe不支持此接口是替换了c:\为x:\解决的。
system替换了ControlSet001、DriverDatabase、Setup、WPA。相当于全换了。

对于system还试过很多办法，比如用boot.wim中的system修改，或用install.wim中的system修改，再就是把boot.wim中的system导入install.wim中的system中后修改，都未成功。还真是邪了门了。

今天按照教程重新做了一遍注册表，发现已经能顺利进入桌面，而且大部分程序也基本能正常运行。真不知以前的问题出在哪。先上一张图看看效果。

回想一下昨天做的过程，做software时没有按教材顺序，而是加载install.wim中的software后先导入boot.wim中的software，然后才做的替换和删除（包括c:\替换为x:\),又将x:\temp替换为d:\temp。

在pe-sys下\ControlSet001\Control\Lsa添加"LmCompatibilityLevel"=dword:00000002，该项操作未做。

UxSms和vga两项服务未导入，因为没找到。

今天试了试按教程顺序做software。发现多了两个问题：壁纸没有加载上，复制时也没有正在复制的显示框，不知是何原因。

前面的问题，可以理解，SOFTWARE是PE的关键，里面的配置和系统还是有区别的。 
 
后面的问题： 
壁纸我这里也没发现原因，之前出来了，但是都是测试的，就删了。 
“复制时也没有正在复制的显示框”应该是缺少D ...

按我前面说的顺序做，这两个问题都没有出现。我想肯定是注册表的问题，等我比较下注册表看看问题在哪？

导入之后，再删除一边inactive....

再删除一次Interactive User项，问题解决。说明两种操作顺序效果基本相同，只是操作细节上略有不同。

我的config文件夹下的文件除了software和drivers这两个文件从install.wim中提取，其他文件取自boot.wim。不知这个是否会影响？
