这个是 CUI 的。 EXE 是压缩成单个文件的，   解压出来， 执行命令行就可以了。

这个文件是32位的，弄64位也放岀来哦，还有这文件只能读自已备份的文件，不能识别以前的，包括不修改风格的备份的300c文件也读不到。

64位文件能用，但与32位一样,读不到以前备份及根目录备份文件.

299版样式不能备份到根目录，也不能从根目录读取，也不识别其它版备份的。

ifwlang.dll/ifwlang64.dll 只是语言界面文件，
“不能备份到根目录，也不能从根目录读取，也不识别其它版备份的”等问题，和ifwlang.dll/ifwlang64.dll 没有关系，是原程序（不使用 语言文件）所造成的。只能等 升级新版本了。
