help me! There's a big problem when I wanna update Win2k Datacenter!!

What's the matter ? That Microsoft must be mad or crazy ! What I should do -- I cann't input Chinese character . More worse,directories named with chinese character cann't be recognized !!
How to solove the problem ?

不是Windows .NET Datacenter Server 吗?你不能够升级阿，还有那是英文版本阿，不可以输入汉字的

[UploadFile=2_4864_2.jpg]现在我可以输入汉字了，但是我用中文命名的文件夹里的文件还是不能用！
各位大虾有没有妙计？
